Reef Paradise CO₂ Knockout is a premium, color-changing carbon dioxide absorbent media designed for aquarium CO₂ scrubbers. Its high-surface-area granules efficiently remove CO₂ from incoming skimmer air, helping support a higher and more stable aquarium pH.
The low-dust, potassium-hydroxide-free formula offers consistent airflow, low odour and efficient media usage.
Directions
- Fill your CO₂ scrubber canister with dry media. Do not pack it tightly.
- Connect the scrubber to the protein skimmer’s air intake.
- Make sure all connections are secure, so air is pulled through the media.
- Monitor the media’s indicator colour and aquarium pH.
- Replace the media when most of it has changed colour, or when the aquarium pH begins returning to its previous level.
- Do not rinse or reuse exhausted media.
For longer media life, keep the scrubber and unused product sealed from room air when not in use.
